THE STORY
Marty meets A Bronx Tale meets It's A Wonderful Life in this tale of unconditional LOVE, interwoven with the timeless MUSIC of the Legendary LOU CHRISTIE (Lightning Strikes, Rhapsody in the Rain, I'm Gonna' Make You Mine, The Gypsy Cried, etc.)
The story opens with Vin Morrone in the soda fountain of his youth, where he returns every morning for his daily egg cream. Today is different, however, as circumstances force him back in time to his one and only date with Angela,
his one true love, who he ran away from.
But what if lightning were to strike again?
What if life offered him a second chance to experience that true love?
Would he have the courage to embrace it,
or would he cut and run a second time?

Pleasant Title
EMOTIONAL ENGAGEMENT 10/10
It's nearly impossible not to be moved by Vin and Angela's story. The humor balances the tragedy. The reader becomes invested in their journey.
DIALOGUE 9/10
The dialogue sounds natural and captures the cadence of New Yorkers.
It reveals the essence of the characters and moves the story forward.
Very well done.
